The company’s revenue rose 11% to ₹545.5 crore compared to ₹491 crore in the fourth quarter of FY24. Dr Lal PathLabs also saw a significant increase in its earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA), which rose 25.2% to ₹144.7 crore from ₹115.6 crore in the same quarter last year.
The company declared a final dividend of ₹6 per equity share. This equates to a dividend of 60% based on a face value of ₹10 per share for the financial year ending March 31, 2024. This dividend proposal is subject to shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The record date for determination of shareholders eligible for this dividend is set as June 10, 2024.

Additionally, the company’s margin performance improved, with margins increasing to 26.5% compared to 23.5% in the same period last year.
