“The values displayed by the USWNT are so poor, it is sickening,” he continued and then proceeded to offer his opinion on what needs to be changed in the set up of the team. Shouldn’t CNN’s America-hating, entitled, ungrateful group, led by Megan Rapinoe, go? Quite fitting, right, that Rapinoe blew the soccer team’s best shot at winning.

This can probably be attributed to right-wing trolls such as @catturd, who tweeted, “The anti-American USA woke women’s soccer team has been eliminated and Megan Rapinoe is the cause of it.” “I simply cracked up, ”
Still, and still the bullying, Rapinoe stated in an interview to Fox Sports that she was proud for what the team achieved.
“I thought we played really well,” the Olympic gold medalist told The Athletic. But at the same time, it was something in my role in which I am happy for us that we went out like that, playing the way we did.
Still she pointed out: “I mean this is like a sick joke for me personally,” “This is just dark comedy that I missed a penalty I just feel really grateful and joyful.
